Live Arrival Guarantee and Reshipment Policy: We strive to provide our customers with healthy, live dubia roaches. We guarantee live arrival on all shipments. If you receive deceased insects, please adhere to the following policy for reshipment:
- Notification: You must notify us of any DOA insects within 2 hours of the confirmed delivery time as provided by the shipping carrier.
- Evidence: Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the deceased insects in their original packaging. The evidence must clearly show the number of dead insects.
- Reshipment: Upon verification of the DOA insects, we will gladly reship the affected portion of your order at no additional cost.

Exclusions: This live arrival guarantee does not cover issues caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., weather delays, mechanical issues).
- Unattended deliveries left outside for extended periods.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for DOA insects. Our commitment is to reship the affected portion of your order to ensure you receive the live feeders you expect.
