Cancellation policy

Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy: At The Dubia Dude, we strive to provide a fast and efficient service. However, due to the perishable nature of live dubia roaches, we have specific guidelines regarding order changes and cancellations:

• Order Changes: You may request changes to your order (e.g., quantity, size) within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately at 901-800-9766 or thedubiadude@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed after this timeframe.
• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we are unable to cancel your order as it is likely already being processed for shipment.
• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please refer to our Live Arrival Guarantee and Reshipment Policy for issues related to dead-on-arrival (DOA) insects.
