We offer live dubia roaches and related products for pet feeding purposes (the "Products"). We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our Website. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.  
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: We accept many payment methods on checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.  
  • Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

3. Live Arrival Guarantee and Reshipment Policy

We guarantee live arrival on all dubia roach orders. In the unlikely event of dead-on-arrival (DOA) insects, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. We will gladly reship the affected portion of your order. We do not offer refunds on DOA insects. This guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in our Reshipment Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns. Please refer to our Reshipment Policy regarding DOA insects.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.  
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Website.  
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Website or its related systems.
