Thank you for choosing The Dubia Dude for your dubia roach needs! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on your location, order size, and shipping speed selected at checkout.

2. Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of order placement. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.
    •  USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
    • USPS Ground Advantage: 1-5 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Details of these promotions will be clearly displayed on our Website.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee and Shipping

Our Live Arrival Guarantee is contingent upon the following shipping conditions:

  • We strongly recommend choosing the fastest shipping method available, especially during periods of extreme heat or cold.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., weather delays, mechanical issues, incorrect addresses provided by the customer).
  • The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if the package is left unattended for an extended period after delivery. Please make arrangements to receive your package promptly.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most of the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Flordia, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations at this time. We are able to ship to PO Boxes.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.  

 

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped.  

 

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
